To protect our business, our clients, and the public, all delivery requests are subject to review and acceptance. THE FIRM Logistics Group reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion when a request presents legal, safety, operational, or professional concerns.

Acceptance of Service
We reserve the right to decline any delivery request that falls outside the scope of our services, presents safety concerns, lacks proper documentation, involves questionable contents, or appears to include prohibited, restricted, or unlawful items.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items tendered for transport are lawful, properly packaged, appropriately labeled when necessary, and suitable for delivery.

Items must be securely packaged in a manner appropriate for transport. We reserve the right to decline items that are improperly packaged, leaking, unsafe, unstable, or otherwise unsuitable for delivery.
