Fee: $125 per adult applicant (persons 18 and older)
Please note: This service does not include speaking with applicants or tenant prospects on your behalf, making leasing decisions for the landlord, property showings, negotiations, lease enforcement, or any ongoing management activity. Each applicant is responsible for paying their own separate, non-refundable application/screening fee directly inside the application portal, at the time of application. That fee is not included in this service and is not paid to LIVE WORK PLAY Real Estate Group.

Services are administrative in nature and will be completed based on the scope of the specific service purchased.
Concierge Landlord Lease Support is a limited-scope, ministerial-acts-only service designed for self-managed landlords who need administrative lease and listing support without full property management. Services are offered on a flat-fee, a la carte basis and must be paid in full, upfront, before work begins. All fees are non-refundable, and only the services selected and purchased at the time of booking are included. Any additional services requested later will require a separate purchase and advance payment.
