Please note: This service does not include speaking with applicants or tenant prospects on your behalf, making leasing decisions for the landlord, property showings, negotiations, lease enforcement, or any ongoing management activity. Each applicant is responsible for paying their own separate, non-refundable application/screening fee directly inside the application portal, at the time of application. That fee is not included in this service and is not paid to LIVE WORK PLAY Real Estate Group.

Concierge Landlord Lease Support is a limited-scope, ministerial-acts-only service designed for self-managed landlords who need administrative lease and listing support without full property management.
