GAR Lease Preparation

Concierge Landlord Lease Support is a limited-scope, ministerial-acts-only service designed for self-managed landlords who need administrative lease and listing support without full property management. Services are offered on a flat-fee, a la carte basis and must be paid in full, upfront, before work begins. All fees are non-refundable, and only the services selected and purchased at the time of booking are included. Any additional services requested later will require a separate purchase and advance payment.

Completed documents and related materials will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the service selected, the completeness of the information provided, and the timely submission of any required supporting documentation. Delays in receiving requested information, documents, or approvals may impact turnaround time. Services are administrative in nature and will be completed based on the scope of the specific service purchased.
